We had over 25 representatives from 14 companies attend our 36th edition of the graduate research symposium.
55 graduate students presented their research on various research areas in the form of oral presentations and posters.
Our keynote speaker, Travis Torrey from Stryten gave a wonderful keynote about a sustainable future and the key steps Stryten is taking.
Eastman sponsored our diversity workshop and accelerated the discussion for promoting DEI. We were inspired by Rebecca Glaspie and her commitment to encouraging inclusion at Eastman and in Kingsport, TN.
Dr. Mike Filler gave this year’s faculty talk on efforts to “chemical engineer-ify” microelectronics.
