Georgia Tech's School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and the Association of Chemical Engineering Graduate Students (AChEGS) are pleased to invite you to attend the 32nd Annual Graduate Research Symposium.
The Symposium will be held on February 11th and 12th, 2020 (Tuesday/Wednesday) in the Engineered Biosystems Building (EBB) and Molecular Science and Engineering (M or MoSE) buildings on campus. This event brings together industry and academia over a day and a half for discussion, recruiting, and networking. Previous symposia have paved the way for collaborations and resource sharing between the ChBE department and sponsoring companies.
Graduate students in the department will present their research through a series of oral and poster presentations. Targetted recruitment and one-on-one interaction is facilitated through a major-specific career fair, multiple luncheons, dinner, and lab tours.
NEW: This year, we are also hosting a "Munch and Mingle" session the evening prior to the formal Symposium events (see Schedule under About tab for time/location). This will give students, faculty, and industry representatives a chance to become acquainted in a more informal setting. This session is included in the registration fee and industry representives arriving early Monday evening may opt in via the Google doc registration form or by notifying the symposium committee after registration at symposium [at] chbe [dot] gatech [dot] edu.
